All SA horse lovers are welcome to attend and ask anything pertinent – however, this Q&A is limited to the first 100 connections to keep it from getting unmanageable.
So in order to keep numbers manageable, the link to the Zoom Room will only be available to logged in members of the Neigh-Bours website (it is free to sign up and takes under a minute) in the General Chat Group from 5pm on Wednesday 26 August.

THE TECH:
• You’ll need the free Zoom Cloud app on your phone only – nothing extra needed for desktops or laptops
• Please try to test everything at least an hour beforehand, we will not be able to help you with your tech from 1 hour before the Q&A has started, nor will questions be repeated if you arrive late.
• Only the first 100 connections will be accepted.
THE PRIZE:
One attendee’s question will win them a year of critical care cover paid for by Kuda – this will be chosen at random after the event.
The winner will be notified by private message on the Neigh-Bours website, so make sure you’re signed up as a member!
Critical care covers your horse for up to R100 000 per event for any treatment which takes place in hospital and is emergency and life saving in nature, not necessarily surgical.
You are also covered for the after care in hospital up to a maximum of 7 days provided the R100 000 limit is not reached.

ABOUT DAWN:
Dawn is an avid dressage rider, currently competing Kuda Insurance’s Callaho Lincoln as a six year old at medium level and Kuda Insurance’s Callaho Laroche as a five year old at novice level. She is an accountant by trade, and has worked in both IT and financial management throughout her career prior to Kuda.
Dawn has been part of the sport horse insurance team from the start when her office was a sectioned off part of her garage!
Dawn loves horses and have been involved with them throughout her life: her mom used to ride in the UK and her sister is also very competitive as a dressage rider.
Dawn has two lovely nieces – Gabriella and Isabella: Gabi at two years old already has her own special pony – Lightning McQueen. Kuda is a huge part of Dawn’s life, she run the Sport Horse division of the company, they sponsor her horses and she’s passionate and very proud of the business that Kuda has become – as Dawn says .. “my blood is green!”
